InclusiviTeas: A Community Dialogue Series on Belonging
Sip, share, and shape our campus culture
What is an InclusviTea?
Beginning in Fall 2025, join us for the InclusiviTeas series—a gathering where campus and community members come together over tea and conversation to explore what inclusion and belonging look like at the University of Richmond.
Each 60–75-minute session highlights topics shaping our collective journey—such as Shared Equity Leadership, Inclusive Excellence, the Inclusive Community Council, the Community of Practice, and the ways our strategic plan guides the work.
Some sessions feature focused themes, while others create space for open dialogue about what’s on your mind. Whether you’re curious, committed, or simply looking to connect, InclusiviTeas is your invitation to listen, learn, and lend your voice to building a relentlessly welcoming community.
