Our Mission
The Inclusion & Belonging Division aims to foster an inclusive environment where all University of Richmond community members can thrive. Through intentional practices, meaningful programs, and collaborative leadership, we cultivate a culture where every Spider feels valued, respected, and empowered.
Our Vision
We aspire to create a relentlessly welcoming university culture that deeply values diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and access. By integrating these values into all aspects of university life, we seek to build a community that champions and celebrates who we are, individually and collectively.
