Ke Willis serves as Operations Coordinator & Inaugural Fellow for the Office of the Vice President for Inclusion & Belonging, where she supports operational strategy, cross-functional coordination, and the implementation of initiatives that advance institutional belonging and organizational effectiveness.
Her work centers on optimizing internal systems, translating strategic priorities into actionable processes, and supporting collaborative efforts among academic and administrative partners.
Ke brings a strong background in quantitative analysis, research, and institutional leadership. She earned a degree in Mathematical Economics from the University of Richmond in 2025, where her academic training emphasized data-driven decision making, policy analysis, and systems thinking.
During her undergraduate years, she held multiple leadership roles, resulting in large-scale programming and impact. Ke designed and delivered several strategic projects for the Division, including an interactive historical timeline and the creation of a Student Committee to ensure representation. Her work integrates archival research, systems analysis, and stakeholder mapping to strengthen institutional strategy and student engagement.
Deeply committed to civic leadership and service, Ke is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and remains engaged in initiatives that promote educational access, leadership development, and community impact.
Committed to continued professional growth, Ke will begin graduate study in Education Policy at Boston University beginning September of 2026, where she will further develop her expertise in policy analysis, leadership, and institutional change.
